I could really cry...
Thank you to the makers of these pillows! I was in an accident last year which has caused bad neck and back pain even after chiropractic treatments, I used to dread sleep. Nights full of tossing and turning and pinchy achy neck. I slept on these pillows at a hotel and had to get them. Last night was the 1st time I slept the while night, not tossing and no pain! I woke up refreshed and great. I put the pillows in the dryer and thet were so fluffy now I looove to sleep! Thank you thank you! Read more

Good, but not quite the hotel ones
These pillows are good, but not 100% the same as what I had at the hotel. First, they aren't exactly jumbo, more like a queen size. They are very soft, but not as plush as the ones in the hotels. You can plump them up a little but it quickly fades away. They are still good, and serve my purpose, but keep in mind that they are not exactly what you might expect if you were looking for those hotel ones. Read more
Perfect! Fluff and just like the ones at Hilton
The pillows arrive very flat. You need to fluff them. Put them in a dryer at low heat with three brand new tennis balls. Set the dryer for for 40 to 50 minutes. They will fluff up to their full size. Then use a pillow case that has has a part that folds over the edge of pillow to hold the pillow's shape (not a regular pillow case that has an open end). Then fluff up the pillow every night by hitting it towards the middle with your hands on the short length size. If the pillow starts to flatten with too much use then back in the dryer with the tennis balls. Read more

They are okay.
When I received them, I fluffed them out as instructed and put them in the dryer which did help. However, the quality of them doesn’t completely compare to the hotel pillows in this brand and type. They go flat and stay that way unless you constantly put them in the dryer so they ended up lacking the support I was hoping for. Read more
