Product is awesome. USPS delivery is NOT
This product always meets and exceeds my expectations. They are a consistently good product with good ingredients. The delivery by the postal service, however, left much to be desired. That isn't the vendor's fault, but should be noted by Amazon. I bought this product and another 2 pack of Dr. Bronner's unscented liquid soap along with a 12 pack of soup. All total, the package couldn't have weighed more than 16#. They labeled it "Heavy," said it wouldn't fit in my mailbox (duh!), despite the fact that my delivery instructions say "DO NOT PUT IN THE MAILBOX OR PAPERBOX" anyway, and they made me go to the USPS office to pick it up. I'm disabled and I pay for Amazon Prime to get things conveniently delivered to my home so I DON'T have to deal with the postal service - and THIS is why! Read more
