I’m really disappointed with this bath thermometer. It stopped working just a little over a year after purchase — barely 13 months — and when I reached out to customer service, they refused to offer any kind of replacement or exception because it was just past the warranty window. For a product made for babies, you’d expect it to last longer than a year. The fact that they wouldn’t stand behind their product or make a small exception says a lot about the quality and the company’s policies.
