Shoulder Reliever: I heard about this device several years ago from a comedian on a podcast. He said it worked for him and at the time, I was desperate for relief. At that time, I could not hold a coffee cup, reach behind my back, or even skip a stone on water. I was in a lot of pain and my arm was essentially useless. Surgery was going to be my only option and I had an MIR scheduled through my doctor. This Shoulder Reliever product was not on Amazon and I had trouble finding it. When I did find it, I thought it was expensive, however, I laughed at myself when I realized surgery would be far more expensive. And from what I read, surgery is not always 100% successful. So I bought the product and promised myself that I would faithfully do the exercise as the instructions, and YouTube videos directed. I did the exercises in private because I looked a little goofy doing them. Plus, I didn’t want to explain what I was up to until I knew it worked – or didn’t work. Do not use until you know what the issue is with your shoulder. I had rotator cuff surgery on one of my shoulders last year and was having an issue with the other. I have calcium deposits in my tendon and after a week of using this am in absolute agony as it tore into the tendon. I will be getting surgery to do the required work, so all this did for me was to speed up getting surgery and the pain is brutal while I wait for the surgery. Read more
