It even comes with royal jelly, various fruits, and more! Comes in packets and I haven't had an ill effects with drinking the contents. Collagen has great benefits! Especially for beauty, like hair and skin. I will say that this product is quite expensive. But considering the high quality ingredients, it makes sense.
