Feels and looks like 2 different sizes

Love the color, feel and style...however........ I wear an 11M. The left boot slide right on, no problem. Fit is perfect and have no complaints. The right boot feels like it is a half size smaller. I struggled to get it on my foot. It was buckling in the center. The left boot it almost slipping on my heal where the right feels like pressure against the back of my heel. Very disappointed!
