After hip surgery, one leg is slightly shorter than the other, so I use one side of the set to provide a little lift. The inserts are comfortable and it makes it easier to walk naturally. I only use the black insert for the inside of the shoe and have not found a use for the clear pieces. I have found it necessary to use some glue in addition to the sticky bottom of the inserts to hold them in place. E6000 works well. Now, all that I need is to find someone that could use the extra right side inserts that I don't need! Read more
