I had my doubts about sleepy anything, but I was proven wrong! The very first night I used this I was hooked! I love anything dr teals and had the entire sleep collection with the exception of this. My children were in bed before 9pm!!! I was so shocked that I did again the following night thinking it would wear off. I was wrong for the entire week it worked out and they slept great. This 3-in-1 bath combo is great for a relaxing bath and to help your wild toddler wind down before bed. The scent is light with just a hint of lavender. I’ve only use this as a bubble bath for my toddler since it has melatonin I don’t want to put it directly onto his skin as a body wash, but it’s still effective in getting him to get into bedtime mode. I use only 1-2 table spoons, and with the water running coupled with him splashing around in the tub, it makes a decent amount of bubbles. Ive also used this one time, but in the shower and I did notice that I felt relaxed afterward. I washed and let it sit on my skin for 30 seconds or so before rinsing.
