A few minor things to consider: They’re best suited for closed shoes — sandals, flip-flops, etc., won’t really work with them. If you tend to walk long distances, there’s a breaking-in period where the foam feels firmer. But that softens up after a few uses. I have tried a couple of different heel insoles and this one has given me more comfort than the others. I am not keen on the adhesive feature, I have wanted to move them from shoe to shoe, but have bought two pairs of them now. The price is very reasonable too! Read more

I gave it 3 stars because while they do help with my heel pain, I feel like I'm walking in high heels or something so it's not so easy to walk in them. I wish they weren't so high so it would be easier to walk while using them. Read more
I was diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis. My podiatrist looked at me like he was giving me permission to go crazy and said “Wear heels more. I almost NEVER tell patients to wear high heels, except for this. It helps move your body weight to the balls of your feet and off the heel.” I looked at that sweet, silly man as though he had snails crawling out of his ears. If I wore heels I’d be seeing him for just absolutely crushing my feet and ankles to dust with the way I’d fall in them. Fortunately Dr.Tucker here saved all of us and likely the poor bastard I would have fallen on. The heel cups were easy to install in the shoes I wear every day. The adhesive is holding firm even though I’d worn the shoes quite a bit before using them. After an hour or so I forgot they were in my shoes they were so comfortable and light. After about a week I forgot I had Achilles tendinitis! It still throbbed a little but it was an enormous improvement. Further on things are still improving and the insoles are holding up great!
