The pillow is too firm. It needs more softness. I woke up in excruciating pain in my neck and back. I am 5 foot 2 inches. The designers need to compensate for the give in a mattress. I suppose if someone slept on a hard floor with no give this pillow would work. Read more
I am using this pillow set for a few weeks now. It is a game changer. It had a memory foam smell at first but after letting it air out a bit it now has no smell. It is very firm and comfy and as a side sleepers I am thrilled I made this purchase. The only downside is that now when I travel I will have to take it with me. Read more
