This is the third time I purchased squeaky LED light up dog balls like this and each order caused disappointment. The first two orders I returned. I’m sick of going back and returning them. So I’m just going to eat the loss. In both previous orders, there were two or three balls that didn’t light up at all from the beginning. The second order of balls none of them squeaked. Now this third order. Two of the balls didn’t light up at all and one of them is sporadic and lighting up. Also, I was disappointed to see the little white squeaker thing was coming out as my dog was playing with it so I just pulled it out so now it doesn’t squeak and I don’t know how long the light is going to last because sometimes you have to hit it really hard for it to come on. I’m sorry, but all of these are crap. I would not recommend getting them. Go to the dollar store. I got one at the dollar store a couple years ago and it squeaks but doesn’t have anything that can come out and that my dog could choke on and it still lights up and lights up easily. Read more

The light up squeak module breaks and dislodged outside the ball within the first few minutes of play. Sharp pieces, not safe for most pets. The ball is really soft, not even durable for an 8 lb. puppy. They look nice, and the light and squeak functions work great, but they aren't durable or safe. If your pet chews rather than fetch only, might want to reconsider. Read more

Our puppy loves balls. We had purchased her some balls similar to these at PetCo. I wanted to get her more so I ordered these from Amazon. They were a bit smaller and much lighter, but like the other ones, they bounced, squeaked and lit up. After a couple of tosses, the white plug for the squeaker bounced out. I put it back in, but it came back out with another bounce or two. The others all came out too with bouncing. Luckily I saw this happen and was able to retrieve the plugs without our puppy getting them and swallowing them. These could be very dangerous for choking hazard if pets or children are not supervised and the plugs come out. Read more
