After reading all of the reviews I decided that this was the best bed to buy for my one year old son. It came a day sooner than was estimated, which made me truly happy. Putting it together wasn't exactly hard, but it does help to have a second set of hands handy. Luckily, my seven year old was around to help since my husband was at work. After putting it together I have to say that this is a beautiful and solid crib. My one year old loves it and it gives him so much room to move around. I will say that other reviews are correct about it being slightly larger than a regular crib. I am glad that I took the time to read the reviews so that I ordered the correct sized mattress. I personally decided to get the "Dream on Me Twilight 5 inches 8 coil spring" crib and toddler bed. It is a prefect fit, amazingly affordable price (trust me I looked at most of them on here), and my son sleeps so soundly on it you can tell that he is in complete comfort. I would suggest this bed to anyone who is having a baby or who has a little toddler. I expect my son to get plenty of use out of it. Read more
I bought this crib for my grandson after much research. It was a breeze for this 74 year old to assemble (with a little spousal help) and I am impressed with its stability. The white looks so nice in the bedroom! Read more
I love that it has wheels, nice and sturdy and helps to move from room to room. My daughter loves it. It's very roomy. Disappointed in the fact that it doesnt have a rail that raises up and down so it causes an inconvenience when putting my daughter in and out. If you don't want to bend or lean over every time, then this crib might not be for you. 2nd, my daughter is a tall 17 month old she I've had to adjust the level way down to the vet first notch to keep her from possibly climbing out and again causing me to have to bend way down to get her in and out. Not user friendly and really no middle ground for this. It's easy way too far up or way too far down. With that being said, in my opinion, it may be best to use it for smaller infants instead of using it for a toddler. I feel like the functionality would be way better for a newborn or smaller baby. We purchased this crib to replace the hand-me-down a friend gifted us (it was missing a lot of pieces). Our Daughter is due in early June, so I cannot speak to the basic functionality of the crib. You should know that for a crib priced this low, I was expecting "cheap." This crib came with everything we needed to assemble, including the hardware and allen wrench. The directions were clear, and easy to follow. This crib was so easy to put together, we probably didn't even need the instructions. Also the crib is on wheels, which will make it easy to move about. It is, however a little too wide to fit through the doorways in our home assembled, so when it is time to move our baby into her own room, we plan to disassemble the crib, then reassemble in order to relocate it. I like how this crib is very light weight, and has the ability to adjust the mattress height, or convert into a toddler bed. We plan to use this product as intended, as a piece of furniture that will grow with our child. The crib, after assembling, doesn't wobble, or seem flimsy in any way. I put my 20 lb cat in the crib and had him go after the laser pointer to sort of mimic an infant moving about. The crib didn't move at all with the wheel locks on (on a carpeted floor). We did not try this with the wheel lock off. In conclusion, I really appreciate how affordable, light weight, and easy to assemble this crib is. If you find yourself in a pinch, and need a crib, this is one to consider. Read more
