Calf is too small. (Service is 10/10)
The boots are so pretty but I can’t even zip the up all the way bc the calf is too small. Edit: Costumer Service is a 10/10, I didn't even reach out to them but they reached out to me and offered me a full refund for the boots. They then also offered for me to pick out any shoes from their store section and they'd ship them to me for free! I of course got a new pair of boots. Definitely would buy from these guys again!
