Great product, but pricy
Wore these during my triathlons in 2025 including nationals and Ironman 70.3 Michigan… stayed on the entire race and easily increased nasal breathing. A bit pricy but honestly most reliable nasal strip I’ve tested. Read more

Not as strong as other brands
Works for the first few hours, sticks great with the proper prep, but the plastic loses its strength quickly for me, useless for all day wear. Tried the strongest one available. Came from Intake and will be going back to intake, don’t usually leave reviews, but figured it’d save someone else some money. Read more

Daily fractional power boost, comfortable but not the most effective.
A 25 pack is just a weird number, not quite a pack for an entire month. Besides that, these strips are easy to apply and do work slightly. I'd say there's a minimal boost to breathing from these but the placebo factor enhances it slightly. I've had more success with a competitor where my breathing is amplified more, but these seem to be comfortable for common use. Read more

We have ordered several products from this company, Dream Recovery. The products are amazing! We recently ordered the Second Wind Nose Strips and again, very impressed with how much better I was able to breathe and how long they stayed on, not to mention how comfortable they are. What a difference! A quality product with attention to every detail for the consumer. This product is hands down, the best nose strip on the market. I have tried other brands such as Breathe Right and there is no comparison. Worth every penny. Read more
