I’ve been using this wet dry vacuum mop for for two weeks now and honestly it has made cleaning my floors much easier. I like that it can vacuum and mop at the same time, so I don’t have to go over the floor twice. It picks up dust, crumbs, and small spills really well. The slim design is nice because it fits under some of my furniture and isn’t too heavy to move around. The suction power is also good. My friend pet usually comes home so I have pet hair at home, and I noticed the brush doesn’t get tangled with hair like some other vacuums I’ve used before. The battery life is pretty good too. I’m really impressed with the Dreame Vacuum. My friend has a different brand and I came across this one and let me tell you I'm impressed. This is the 2nd vacuum/mop I’ve purchased from Dreame, and they do not disappoint! It’s so easy to use - just fill the water tank, charge the device, and you’re ready to go! The self cleaning feature is my favorite part. It cleans the brush roller after every use so it’s always clean and ready to use the next time. It’s light weight, and doesn’t take up much space on the charging base. My floors look and feel cleaner than when I sweep and mop myself. I’ve even mopped after using this just to see how clean it was getting the floors and the mop water stayed clean so I know my floors were cleaned well. CONS: ⚠️ Water leakage: Unfortunately, the unit leaks clean water after operation is finished, leaving puddles on the floor and its basement. 🔊 Mechanical noise: It developed a loud, high-pitched screeching sound from the motor that got worse over time. 💸 Value for money: Despite the great features, the build quality is disappointing for this price point. 🛠️ Defective unit: I contacted Dreame support, they confirmed these are hardware defects and resolved the issues.
