This little radio is adorable and for the price has good reception and decent sound for casual listening (I am not an aficionado). The local classical music station came in clearly, whereas on a larger more expensive Sony boom box there is static. Go figure. This is a very basic small radio. I bought it for an 86-year-old woman who has some memory loss. It is simple to operate so that it won't be too confusing for her. In does bring it stations, but not as many as I had hoped. However it will be enough for the person to whom I'm giving it. Love the handle, and she was delighted with the color.
