Great product

Perfect used in my compressed air dryer. Saves time and money by absorbing water at the central output instead of at each tool instead of needing filters for each tools. Great value that outperforms the desiccant provided with the dryer. Read more

Can verify that this will keep your filament dry. Works good.

Started using this in my AMS and the filament has been staying below 10% for weeks without having to run the heater. Good stuff. Read more

Works a treat!

Have ordered this multiple times. Wonderful product! I started using it with my 3D printer filament packed in mylar bags. Worked EXCELLENT. Brought the RH down to <10% within 24 hours and the print quality was dramatically improved, especially on TPU and some of the exotics. Then I tried it in a completely unrelated use case for final drying of basil, oregano, and thyme. Again, I had top notch results. In all this is a high quality product that can be reused many dozens of times and does exactly what it claims. Read more

Quick to suck up all that moisture

I have a wide range of 3d printer materials that have to stay dry. Made a bunch of shakers and filled them with these beads. Easy to tell if it's time to recharge them, and easy to recharge them with a short bake. Drops the humidity at least 35% in the containers, with just a couple ounces of beads. Read more

Magic Pellets

I started to get into 3D printing and learned that for best results, it is important to keep moisture away from 3D filament. One way to do this is to use silica in an airtight container to decrease the moisture. I did a quick test with a small amount of this silica. I measured the moisture level with a battery operated hygrometer. In under two hours, the humidity level inside the container went from about 39% to about 24%. What's really nice about this silica is not only are they effective but also they change color from blue to red to let you know when to "recharge" them in a microwave or oven. Feels almost like magic! I give the Dry & Dry Blue Indicating Silica Gel Beads Desiccants 5 star out of 5. Read more

Absorbs More Moisture Than Expected

Best absorbing silica gels I've used. Price is a little higher than other brands, but they absorb more moisture per weight of beads. They act quite quickly as well, this is now my go-to brand. Read more
