There is of course all the common household names for repair kits/wall putty's but I don't mind trying a new brand especially when the price seems obtainable. If it worked out for me then I knew I'd incorporate it into my usual household maintenance. I think for the price this is a good amount. 250 grams is approximately one cup and although that doesn't seem like a lot it's enough for small repairs around the house. I personally don't need much most times so this has been a great amount. I used this to repair some holes in the walls made from picture frames but also one of the projects I had was to repair the holes that form when a door handle backs into the wall without a safety buffer in it's place. As far as the small holes. Worked out great. Easy to do. Easy to handle. A good consistency to maintain the area and to smooth out. Pliable when I needed to even out the product but dried rock hard and with no cracking. It was not extra sticky to work with which was great because there was not a single bit of mess that I had to deal with. It's fast drying but not so fast drying that it becomes difficult to work with. As long as the area is smoothed out evenly there will be even drying time. That's helpful because of the small scraper tool that is given. It's just a small standard plastic scraper. It's not too thick but not so thin. It has some bend to it so not the sturdiest if you have a heavy forceful hand, but I didn't need to be aggressive on any projects containing this material so the scraper will survive and handle it's jobs. Another helpful took is the nozzle that comes with the container. I can remove it and use it when I need to.....PERFECT, because it ensures that you close up the product well to avoid the product from drying up and ruining the nozzle and making a second use ineffective. That is the case with those caulking products that have the large nozzles. There is no way to effectively seal them and so air gets in and dries up the entire thing. This is a smaller container with a removeable nozzle, and I promise that's a game changer. Makes life so much easier. The bonus is that it comes with a small sheet of sandpaper and some gloves which are good for first time use and any leftover product for future use would require more gloves maybe. I personally didn't need them because again, it's an easy product with an easy container so there was absolutely no mess. But yes, great to have these little tools because sandpaper definitely is a must and the gloves are so helpful. Overall, the putty formula and consistency is easy to work with and pliable when I needed to be and also dried well and the result was sturdy, strong, hard surface that you'd never know a repair was made. The kit includes the sandpaper and gloves....useful. The price, considering everything in this kit and the outcome is the best part. Read more

I ordered the JQTLMTP Drywall Repair Kit because I had some nail holes I wanted to cover up and an area where paint had chipped off. I have plenty of compound at home, but I didn't want to carry the tub around. I wanted something convenient and portable. The kit does the job, but there are some important things to know. The paste is thin and it will shrink as it dries. If you're a renter trying to get your security deposit back, don't wait until the day of your move-out to do this. Plan ahead and expect to apply it twice. The shrinkage is more significant than regular compound, so you'll need that second coat for a proper finish. For a deep hole, I waited about five hours before I could apply another coat, so factor in drying time when planning your repairs. That said, there are some nice advantages. One thing I really appreciated was that this product doesn't have that typical compound smell. I didn't notice any odor while using it, which was good. It's very easy to skim a thin coat over areas. There's no need to thin it out or prep it, just use it straight from the tube. The thin consistency makes it beginner-friendly and easy to work with. I also found it great for filling deeper holes since you can put the tube nozzle right against the hole and squeeze it in directly. Regarding value, the price was around ten dollars and around seven fifty with coupon at the time of writing this review, which is fair for the convenience and odor-free formula. I've seen cheaper kits on Amazon, but haven't tried them. This worked out well for what I needed. Read more

No matter how hard we try, our walls are bound to end up with knicks, dents, scratches, and holes over the years. This goes double if you have children or pets! This handy little repair kit makes those unsightly blemishes a thing of the past. Everything you need is included, so no trips to Home Depot needed. It's as simple as 1-2-3. You apply the repair paste, smooth it out, and after it dries you sand it smooth. Once that's finished, you can paint it with a little textured paint to match your wall finish. This kit is for small repairs, which is what seems to be the most common in our house. It's a great addition to your homeowner toolbox! Read more

This has been so awesome! I'm definitely not a DIY-er so when I needed to look for something to help me patch up normal drywall wear and tear, I didn't want anything that would be too tough for me to execute. This kit is veryyy easy to use. I was able to patch up some missing drywall from the corners of my walls, as well as areas where I hung some frames and ended up putting small holes in my wall. This is very easy to use, and I love the fact that it comes with its own scraper, it helps to remove any excess putty and results in a nice smooth wall. Read more

This is an easy to use drywall repair product that anyone from beginner to experienced DIYer can use. The kit includes the tube of repair putty, a nozzle, a scraper and a small piece of sandpaper. This is great for filling nail holes, repairing small indentations, and other small repairs. For larger repairs it does say you can apply it in layers. It goes on easily and smooths nicely thanks to the talc content and the enclosed scraper. I deducted one star because the tube was so dusty dirty inside the box when it arrived that I had to clean it prior to using the product. Read more

This skit is pretty good. I was able to patch up a spot in my bathroom easily. I normally don’t fix anything in my house but this was simple. It dried quick but I waited for a while to add paint. Read more
