This is a very good shampoo. I started using it in hopes to slow hair loss and get a healthier scalp. I have not noticed as much hair in the shower or in my hairbrush since starting using many months ago. I do think my hair looks thicker, though maybe that is just my wishful thinking. I started using the shampoo and conditioner on January 28, 2025, and followed the directions exactly. After nearly three months of consistent use, I haven’t seen any noticeable improvement. In fact, my hair continues to fall out, and I've actually noticed more hair collecting in the bathtub than before. What these products seem to do is make your hair look fluffy and full, which can create the illusion of thicker hair—but in reality, it doesn't seem to address the underlying issue.
