It's not NOT heavy...

CARL F. BRAGANZAJ, JR.May 6, 2025

Exactly what I was looking for. I use a small foldable keyboard & toughpad while in the field. Touchscreen mouse movement while typing, especially with a compact, rugged, minimalist setup like what I'm running, is difficult at best. Then I saw this. Just what I've been looking for! This trackball compliments my 8" rugged tablet & small folding keyboard perfectly. At a mere 27lbs, this trackball is slightly larger than I want, but hey... it weighs 27lbs and is made from solid stainless steel. I had to buy a larger backpack to accommodate the additional size & weight of the trackball and gasoline powered generator i need in order to power it, and I'll need surgery to fix a herniated disk from the 1st time I used it, but hey... it's built like a tank and you get what you pay for. I accidently killed my girlfriends cat when I first got it while I was testing it. It slipped off my desk and fell directly onto the cat, crushing it flat. I dropped it again for a 2nd time, but didnt kill any cats that time. It landed on my foot. The amputated foot is getting easier to deal with, but losing my left foot was a small price to pay for the indestructible reliability of this little thing. I'd recommend you start bulking up & adding muscle if you're planning on getting one of these. Just buy it. You know you want one! Read more
