Removing the nasal strips is straightforward, but the adhesive is strong, so it may cause slight irritation. After reading a few reviews about these not sticking well, it seems the company may have overcorrected—because the first few I used practically peeled my skin off! That said, they definitely stay in place through the night and seem to help with breathing so far. Only a few days in, but impressed with the hold and effectiveness. Great nasal strips. They manage to walk that line between being so sticky they pull skin off and being not sticky enough so they come off before the morning. I lightly rinse and towel dry my face and then apply one of these. I can immediately feel my nose open a bit wider and it keeps me from snoring quite as much all night. I feel a little more rested and wake up less during the night. And in the morning I just lightl ytug at one side and it peels right off. Read more

Breathe right still feel better to me, but these are ok. They feel like they stick a little better than a couple other brands I tried from Amazon. I mainly wear them for running, not usually when I sleep. Sweat doesn't seem to be an issue. Read more
