For prostate-owners, it's hard to beat this massager, both in terms of function and value. If you're experienced in doing self-massage of your prostate for therapeutic reasons, I've found that this massager is able to express prostatic fluid quite easily and effectively. To be honest, I've purchased many prostate massagers, spending hundreds of dollars to find the right one for me. Frankly, I'm both shocked and embarrassed that this massager works better than some massagers I've purchased at five times the price! Oh, and did I mention that it feels great too! I'm not a big fan of vibrating massagers, as they tend to make things go numb. However, the pulsing action of the 'thumper' is outstanding -- for me, I think it is well engineered to do exactly as intended. While I think this is one of my favorite prostate massagers, it does have a couple of tolerable 'weaknesses'. First, the buttons can be difficult to operate when it's 'back there' -- perhaps someday they'll add a remote control. Secondly, it is possible to stall the 'thumper' if you bear down on it, causing concerns about breaking it. I may consider getting a second one as a backup, as I really like this one a lot, and would hate to be without it!
