It is definitely larger than I expected. I'll need to revise the location to accommodate it better. (It is currently placed on a nightstand, displacing a lamp.) I need to purchase another and I will likely select a smaller size. Other than that, I love it. It holds my watches securely and looks nice. I love the control options, like the "pause" feature when the door is opened. My favorite feature is "mode 4" which allows it to spin, alternating clockwise/counterclockwise, for three hours, then rest for nine hours. That means it is off and silent during the night! I just wanted a watch winder, and these came highly recommended. When I opened the box thats where the problems began. As a carbon fiber fan, I thought the Carbon option would be nice. Buts its not. This is not real carbon, its a cheap looking plasti dip fake carbon wrapped all around it. Inside its just carbon vinyl, nothing fancy expected there. But on top of that there were scratches and dings on it. The biggest issue with these is that they are TOP heavy. So if you open the door, and even touch that door, it will collapse forward. If this is on an edge like mine was. It will just fall to the ground. Luckily it was a low height and we have carpet, but thats beyond the point. I cannot have my toddler anywhere near this thing. On top of that its missing a bunch of padding and inserts. For the price Im extremely disappointed. Read more

The winder comes incredibly well packaged. It’s heavy and has a quality feel. It’s quiet which is appreciated. The window in the door is glass. On one hand that’s nice because it’s scratch resistant. On the other hand it’s heavier than plexi so when you open the door and pull out (or put in) a watch (which requires a stiff pull or push) the unit can become unsteady. So it takes two hands. Also, unlike my previous winder the light isn’t activated by opening the door. You have to reach behind and manually operate a switch. I’d prefer it to simply be activated by the door like on a refrigerator. As it is now I’ll probably never use the light. Overall it’s a nice piece but the usability isn’t as seamless as I expected based on my experience with a couple other winders. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Full disclosure, I have never owned an item like this but this one was purchased for me as a gift. At first glance, the craftsmanship was very good and I love the style of it. I will admit that initially, two of the winders were not working but when I contacted the seller, they were immediate in their response and walked me through the “fix” action that no doubt occurred in transit to me.
