Truly helped with circulation
I wish I'd found these sooner. I've been having severe leg cramps and swollen lower legs/feet so terrible I couldn't easily slip my shoes on. I hoped my body was just telling me it needed a little love & after reading about Diosmin & Horse Chestnut helping your circulation, I decided this might be my problem. This particular brand had both & then some so I decided to give them a shot & pray for some relief. After 4 days no more leg cramps, after 7 days the swelling began to improve & I'm starting to feel so much better. Yesterday I wore my favorite shoes probably 10 full hours with no issues. Hooray .... I just need to remember these aren't a cure but taking care of myself & staying off my feet a bit more will give me the best results & for sure I'll continue taking these, twice a day with food.
