Most awesome wing eyeliner, for the younger generations!
Is a five star if you're younger it's a one-star if you're older and have wrinkles. Well I am almost 60 and I feel this is for more of the younger crowd. You kind of lift your eyebrows when you go to put on eyeliner which makes your wrinkles kind of go away. And it looks great when you first put it on but as soon as you relax then your wrinkles drop obviously and then this looks like you had palsy when you tried to apply it due to it ends up more wavy than a wing.
