Great but…
I really liked these. Easy to use, liked the weight (3lbs each) the shape was easy to hold and travel with. Except if you’re traveling with them in your carry on, you will be pulled aside every time just fyi. Read more

Great Little Dumbelss
Don't think for a moment you can't get in a good upper body workout using only 3Lb dumbells, I'm here to tell you straight up that you can and with marvelous results. I use these primarily for working my shoulders and back muscles and they work great. The trick is to do as many reps as possible "feel the burn" with controlled breaths. Really enjoying these as a nice new addition to my workouts. Read more

First, of I love that it's different from the regular dumb ell design, the sides have a hexagonal grip to it to make it easier to hold, and since it's made with a silicone coat, it's sweat-proof and easy to wipe down clean. It even comes with its own pouch. Read more

Good and bad...read to find out!
Ok, so I ordered this because the description that matches all 3 ring colors says: TOSAMC Dumbbell Hand Weight Bars for Women,3lbs Dumbbells Set of 2 for Walking,Workout,Pilates,Strength Training, Gym However it turns out this is not accurate so beware. Basically they have one item with different options and what seems to indicate as 2 rings its actually 1 ring. The seller needs to fix this, also I think the price is a little steep for one ring to be honest. To clarify in hindsight it looks like the descriptions is being applied to the rings but is actually for their other product which is small dumb bells Anyways, the good news, they are made very well, the rubber surface is great too...and last but not least I did not buy these to exercise, but I think they would be great for that for sure. I purchased to put in my inground pool! See our pool robot gets stuck all the time on the drains..did a lot of research and someone suggested putting similar weight exercise rings around the drains so the robot does not get stuck..and guess what works like a charm!!
