This DVD player is awesome!! Took a few minutes to plug in absolutely great. I have a DVD player attached to my TV. Lately would not play my DVD's. Very upset bc I have 100s . This plays perfectly. My previous DVD that I use in kitchen conked out, so needed a new one and very happy I found this one. I especially like the fact that it loads with a flip-top, no danger of DVD getting stuck inside. Easy to hook up with the included HDMI cable. I turn on power with the TV's remote, select the proper HDMI port, then turn on the DVD for Play. Not much of an instruction booklet, but the functions are pretty straightforward. Remote is easy to use and a good size, sturdy construction, does need batteries. The unit is plastic but seems well made. I think for a little DVD player, it's value for money. Read more

This is the perfect player for a playroom! It’s light enough to mount to your wall, the color of the player is fun! (We got the purple one). Using it is super easy, workable both with the remote and the buttons of the device itself! I would recommend getting a longer C to usb cord if planning to have it on the wall or further from the tv as the one it comes with is only long enough for it to be placed directly near the tv on a stand. Great item. I wasn't really expecting to much since it was just a little simple DVD player at a lower price. I was really impressed with it once I started to use it. It was very easy to set up, and actually does everything fine. Can't complain when you buy something at a nice price, and it arrives fast, and you can just plug it in and use it without any hassles! I'm very impressed with this unit. I did find that there were some odd-ball video extensions that were not supported, but most were. It read and played just about everything else that I could throw at it. Three USB drives, and one microSD chip were tried. No issues. Read the instructions. The rest you'll figure out. Oh! You'll need to provide two AAA batteries for the remote control. None are included. It plays DVDs wonderfully. Thumbs up! Music CDs, etc. Just as advertised. Read more
