Honest review - a 10 out of 10
The media could not be loaded. Bottom line: I’m obsessed. If you’re like me and have been looking at those $250+ steamers but couldn't justify the price, get this one. It’s "smallish but mighty" and has survived two weeks of almost daily use in my house. The Good Stuff: • Total lifesaver for "boy moms": If you have young boys, you know the struggle with toilet seat stains. This thing makes cleaning them so much faster and actually gets it clean. • The Reach: It has a really nice long hose, which makes it way easier to maneuver than the models where you have to hold the whole tank. • Attachments: It comes with a bunch, but I primarily used the short and the long ones—I don't really care about the others, those two do the job. • High pressure/Good heat: I even used it on my bathroom walls and the grime came right off without the paint peeling. • Build quality: The plastic feels like the good, non-brittle kind that won’t crack after a few uses. • Pro-tip on the water: There’s no gauge, but you’ll know it’s running low because the motor sound changes. That’s your cue to turn it off! The "Be Aware" Stuff: • Get an extension cord: The power cord is quite short. You’ll definitely need an extension for doing showers or if you don’t have many sockets around the house. • Don't lose the valve: The little silicone closing valve isn't attached to the machine. Since I leave mine open to air out after every use, I’m constantly worried I’m going to lose it. • Draining: It’s a bit of a pain to get all the water out when you're done. Final Verdict: I usually wear a simple face mask while using it (it gets steamy on settings 5-6, and I don’t want to be inhaling all that loosened up yuck). I honestly can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can tackle the tracks of my windows (glass needs to be warm so that it doesn’t explode from the steam) and do some car detailing.
