Fast and durable
Holds a good charge. 18mph is scootin along! Brakes squeak a little bit I adjusted the caliper bolts and the brake cord for now. I love it my son loves it. Plan on buying two more! Read more
Safety issues while driving scooter!
I purchased the DXH 350w scooter, sold by JC Times. Received a well packaged scooter with only the handlebars to screw in. The manual and app are for an X8/X8 Pro scooter. The foot stand on the scooter Received has the large letters JCSD and in small letters X8Pro. That is different than the picture of scooter advertised as the letters DXH should be somewhere and is not. When the weather got nice, the scooter was used and was great until about 100 miles. While in motion, the front wheel completely turned around as the back wheel bounces off the ground!! Very dangerous! The wheel wasn't able ro be fixed by just turning the handlebars. Did not get the warranty and not sure if the right scooter was received. This was purchased over the 30 day warranty that is only good for 30 days and in received condition. The scooter has a manufacturing problem and is not safe! Read more

I really don’t think I could’ve gotten a better deal. It wasn’t that expensive, and I really enjoy riding it. It has break lights, a head light, and turn signals. And my favorite feature it comes with, is cruise control. Love this scooter! Read more

Cant get customer support
I received the scooter in good working condition and used it a few times. After occasional usage for a couple of months the scooter has stopped working and displays an error code of E1 when powering it on. I do not find a way to reach customer support through Amazon, so I reached out to DXH support online and have not received a response. I now have a product that I cannot use after only a few months.
