Went to use this right out of the box and that's when I realized there was no cleaning solution included. Completely my fault for assuming - should have read the listing closer before I had it in hand and was ready to go. Once I had solution, though, the kit itself worked really well. Build & Design The soft silicone nozzle tip is the standout feature here. Noticeably more comfortable than the hard plastic tips you find on basic irrigators and it creates a gentle seal without requiring an uncomfortable angle to get right. One-handed operation is genuinely well thought out - the trigger gives you controlled pressure without needing a second hand to hold anything steady. Easy to fill, easy to use, easy to rinse out after. Performance Pressure is controlled and comfortable. Nothing about using it feels aggressive or risky, which matters when you're working in your ear. The silicone tip makes the whole experience more relaxed than it has any right to be for a manual irrigation tool. Effective and easy to repeat as needed. Bottom Line Just buy your saline or ear irrigation solution before this arrives. The kit itself is genuinely good - that gap in the box is the only reason it's not a five star. Read more

This earwax cleaning kit works, but it’s nothing outstanding. The manual pump requires some strength and technique to control water flow, which can be tricky for first time users. The silicone nozzle is soft and comfortable, but cleaning it is a bit inconvenient. Ears feel moderately clean afterward, and harder wax requires repeated attempts. Overall, it’s average, good for simple daily care, but don’t expect too much. Read more

If you suffer from "fullness" in your ears or heavy wax buildup, the Buereuta Ear Wax Removal Kit is a solid investment. I was skeptical at first, but this kit actually works. It’s essentially the same irrigation method used in doctor's offices, but I can do it in my own bathroom for a fraction of the cost. It’s a bit messy, but the results are well worth the cleanup. While I had issues with it not totally removing the wax from my husband's ears, it did help remove a decent amount. I ended up the using a little bit of slightly warmed olive oil to help loosen up the harder wax buildup and it seemed to help with the process. I definitely recommend! Read more
I've had somewhat regular issues with ear wax interfering with my hearing and just making my ears uncomfortable for years. I've had medical professionals scoop out the wax and irrigate my ears before, and also used Debrox with bulb syringes to try to clean out my ears at home. All of that is just to say I'm pretty familiar with ear cleaning techniques. This is quite a bit more convenient than all of those options, and I would say that it's only less effective than having the wax scooped out (which can be really painful). It's also less messy than bulb-syringe style kits, which I appreciate. I was feeling fullness in both of my ears, but my right one in particular. I let some Debrox sit in my ear for about 15 minutes, and then started using the irrigator. As an aside, I was somewhat surprised that it shoots out three jets of water though the nozzle. At first, it didn't seem very effective. The water that came out just had white specks in it. I made the water increasingly warmer - I went through at least five tanks of water - and started seeing big chunks come out. That's what's in the picture I uploaded. I'll add that there were times where I felt a little dizzy, but I know irrigation can do that. I suspect there's still some wax in there, but things feel much better than before, and this kit seems less dangerous than the at-home scooping kits and less messy than traditional at-home irrigators. It's also a good value (especially compared to a doctor's visit!). I should note that I still felt fullness for the better part of the day after irrigating my right ear (which I did at night). It took a while to dry, but it's back to feeling more comfortable, and I suspect it will continue to feel even better. Read more
