I was excited to try it right away and didn’t read the manual at first. I think I used it the wrong way and wasn’t sure what to expect. After reading the instructions, I realized that you should only twist it clockwise and that ears only need cleaning about once a week since it takes time for earwax to build up. We’ve now stopped the habit of excessive ear cleaning, which we used to do after every shower. Overall, we found this product much better and easier to use compared to others we’ve tried before.
