I cant believe these haven't been reviewed yet!
First, I never write reviews, that is how good these replacement ear pads are. Like most with the Pulse 3D's, my ear pads started separating after 1 1/2 years of moderate use. After contemplating a new headset, I wondered if replacement cups for this model existed. Not only did I find a few companies that made replacements, but I stumbled upon GVOEARS who were at the time offering a 30% off coupon. Delivery took a couple days with Prime. Installation was tricky, but that's not the fault of GVOEARS, thats just Sony's design. Once the cups were on, I noticed immediately that the GVOEARS were more substantial than the originals. On top of being thicker, these have a layer of cooling memory foam that feel incredible. I was instantly reminded of the Turtle Beach Elites I owned a few years back that had these amazing cooling foam cups. The surface that touches the ears have a nice spandex like fabric that helps in both cooling and comfort. Build quality is also excellent with tidy and accurate stitching.
