Fits great in ear not the connector
I'm not sure if they started using a material but the recent ear molds have started splitting where the plastic connector goes into the ear mold. They still fit and work great until they spit. Read more

Broke easily
I bought 4. I like that I could buy individual ear-mold connectors for my preferred ear and size. Apparently the ear pieces were not a universal fit or poor design. Sliding the ear piece onto the connector was a tight fit. By then end of a day or two of use the ear piece cracked at the connector. In one week 3 of the four cracked at the ear piece connection. Fits Great
I've purchased these open ear inserts twice for my police radio setup. Id say one lasts for at least 6 mos. I trade them out once or twice a year just because they'll get flimsy over time after daily use. I bought enough for a couple years. Ive never had an issue with them. They fit my ear and I can ear radio traffic clearly. Just wipe them down with alcohol to keep them clean. Read more
