Bought this because I had ear pointing surgery but even after healing I’ve kept this as my number one pillow and even use it as a travel pillow, it comes with me everywhere I go as sleep as never felt so good! I’m not normally a drooling sleep person but sleeping with this knocks me out so well I always end up drooling on it ahaha it’s just so comfy! You cannot wash the pillow case without removing the cotton which makes a mess. I should have known that before I bought it. The zipper is too small to easily get all the cotton out. The pillow is small, firm, and could have more volume. As someone with chronic neck pain my neck is even tighter in the morning and its hard to fall asleep on. The one good thing is that it has helped with the healing process for my triple lobes and conch. The hole is the perfect size. I’ve had this pillow for about two months and probably still need to get another piercing pillow. Read more

This was a total LIFESAVER. Genuinely was such a relief to be able to lay down on my other side! I personally thought it was stuffed a bit TOO full but that was a super easy fix by taking out some stuffing and redistributing it around the inside. This pillow has been a blessing to me since I had my helix piercing. I am a side sleeper, and this little pillow has helped me to sleep on my right side without irritating my piercing. My ear fits perfectly in the center hole, and the pillow surprised me by providing adequate neck support. I have had chronic neck pain for the last 8 years and have wasted so much money on trying to find a good supportive pillow. I wasn't expecting this one to help relieve neck pain, I was just hoping it would avoid irritating the ear piercing. Surprise- it does BOTH! What a bonus! My ONLY minor issue with this pillow is... for whatever reason, it causes my rosacea to act up on the side of my face that touches the pillow. The pillow is supposedly all cotton, and I did follow the instructions and wash it before I used it. I do have sensitive skin, but cotton usually does not bother me. I wish the pillow came with a more satiny cover, but it is what it is. It serves its purpose so I can't really complain. Read more
