I usually get my ears irrigated once a year at the doctor’s office. This year when the nurse did it she mentioned that there are some devices that you can buy from Amazon to clean the wax from your ears at home. So, I did my usual due diligence and decided on this one. I’m glad I did for several reasons: 1. I used the camera and immediately saw a big chunk of wax deep in my ear. You could tell it had built up from pushing wax back with Q‑tips. I filled the cleaner with warm water and put it to work. The warm water felt great on my itchy ears, and after about 20 seconds the wax came right out. Completely painless. Read more
I bought the ear Wax removal kit with camera to use on my husband's and grandson's ears. They both genetically produce large amounts of ear wax. My husband works in a steel mill and always has ear plugs in. Even so, his whole head gets filthy because he works maintenance and crawls in all kinds of places. My grandson is a toddler. He always has a snotty nose. Which goes along with earwax production. I have not used it yet on him. I would have given this 5 stars for ease of use but they are 2 separate and unrelated units. I thought the camera was in the nozzle end. It is on a pen-like instrument that you have to re-pair it every time you want to use it. It is hard to visualize the ear canal with this design. The camera and light is 1/2 inch from the tip(called the ear spoon). So the light gets blocked by hair or ear structure when trying to visualize. *I am an RN and know how to properly exam an ear by properly straightening our the canal. It was almost impossible to visualize my husband. On a better note is quickly and efficiently cleaned my husbands cruddy ear canals WITHOUT him complaining. Read more
Very easy to use and works great. I love the temperature sensor on it and the fact that I can choose different type of water spraying I need. I have used it a couple of times in a day with good results—easy to operate and highly effective. Instructions could be better, but functionality was intuitive. Overall, a satisfactory purchase. Very impressed with the kit. The first cleaner with camera would not connect to wifi but a call to the company and they quickly sent me another unit. I was amazed at how clear the picture was. The ear flushing canister works great, just a learning curve to finding the best position and power of spray to use. Between the camera and flusher I was able to remove aa good deal of wax build up.
