I’m really impressed with this ear cleaning kit! The design is sleek and very easy to use, and the water powered cleaning system works surprisingly well. Its optional but not needed, I put a couple of drops of ear wax remover in my ear and let it sit for a bit. After that, I used this cleaner and it flushed everything out really well. I even double checked with my ear camera afterward, and my ear looked very clean, which was pretty satisfying to see. I also like the temperature sensor feature because it helps make sure the water isn’t too hot or too cold. The product does work well. Although, I wasn't aware that ear drops were needed or recommended for the process. So, I am hoping to try again when the ear drops come in. Read more

It did a good job. I like that it has a temperature sensor and won't work until the water falls out of the "too hot" zone so it's safe for your ears. It seems a little intense in the beginning, but I got used to it very quickly. It recommends also using ear drops from a store like CVS or Walgreens, but I just used the water only approach. It went well and I definitely got some stuff out of my ear and it feels good afterwards. I had some water stuck in my left ear after but I did the cupping technique and used the Q-tips for a few minutes and it was good again. I like this product and will continue to use it. I will get some OTC ear drops next time and see if the results are different. Read more

I’ve only used once so far. Very easy to use. Directions are easy to follow. I did use a wax softener as directed. Made my ears feel clean. I tried the lightest power and I feel it was good enough for me, may try a higher power next time. It’s easy to hold and use as well as easy to clean. It’s fits very comfortably up on the ear/face. I’ve never had ear wax issues and I didn’t find a bunch of gunk in the reservoir so I’ll take that as a good sign. Read more

My kids absolutely love this machine! I used to have to hold them down to clean their ears now they ask for it to be done. I’m very impressed with this tool. I do suggest you use some ear drops just incase the wax needs to be softened. I really like that it gives a light sensor for to cold or to hot of water. The size is really nice I would suggest putting a towel around their shoulder just once they move they are getting sprayed. It’s definitely worth the money! Read more
