beautiful table. well made and the leaf is easy to use and pop in / out. the leaf makes the table longer, not wider. i would not call this cappuccino finish. i would call it espresso, as it is very dark. the finish is pretty! the only thing that bothers me about this table is that it slides on our floor A LOT. we have laminate floors and there are plastic pieces on the end of the legs of the tables and chairs. i'm always having to straighten it out or it's sitting crookedly in our dining room. This is a very very dark brown, basically black "cappuccino". However, it is lovely and very solid. I put it togethern in under 2 hours, with the help of two 7 year olds. There were a couple of screw holes that didn't line up exactly, out of about 50 screws, but I was able to force them in and everything is fine. None of the chairs or the table or bench wobble. The cushions are on the hard side, but not uncomfortably so. The butterfly leaf works beautifully and is easy to latch and unlatch. The bench doors not tuck under the table at the smaller size, but it fits with the leaf opened. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind if you like to keep the chairs pushed in. It was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. 4 stars just because I would consider it black, not brown. Read more
It was very easy to put together and the chairs and bench are sturdy. The first thing we noticed was that one edge of the table was missing the finish. When we opened it to pull out the butterfly leaf, the table felt wobbly and we noticed a crack on the side. It is going back. Read more

Set arrived with no blemishes or anything wrong with any of the pieces. The whole thing feels very solid. I am a big guy (currently around 340 lbs) and the chairs feel very solid when I sit on them. No creaking or warping. The finish looks really nice, but I have a feeling it might scratch easily. Just use place mats! My only gripe is that there were yellow plastic straps stapled to the underside of the table and chairs. It wasn't a huge deal to remove them, just a bit annoying. Either way, I would highly recommend this table and chair set. Read more
