Here's the funny part. I was not what I thought when I ordered it. I thought it would be very short...as in no more than 16" and found out it's longer. BUT I love it and it works over a crew neck where you can actually see and enjoy the necklace against what you're wearing. So I definitely didn't send back. The bow part is very feminine and pretty.
