The case that the videos are in is worthless. All ten videos are stacked on one spindle and are difficult to remove. I finally gave up for fear of damaging the dvds. After reading other reviews, I ordered a case that holds 20 dvds. The videos themselves, offer a nice variety and I am happy with them. Read more

First let me say that the 10 set video set, “Easy Yoga For Everything With Peggy Cappy”, are wonderful. I had borrowed the 10 video set from our local library and liked them so much that I decided to buy the set from Amazon. The videos themselves deserve a 5++ star rating. They are especially good for a beginner or older person. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars is the terrible packaging that they came with. The library set had the videos separated onto plastic pages as one would expect with multiple DVDs, especially with a set of 10. The ones that are sold on Amazon have the videos stacked on a spindle. See the photo. The videos are quite hard to remove and you have to almost pry them off the spindle. Since this is a set of videos that will be used on a regular basis they will most likely get scratched or even broken because they are so hard to get off the spindle the way they are nested together.
