Shipping box arrived pretty beat up, but the packaging was so good there was no damage. Takes about 20 mins to assemble, everything fits well, there is even spare hardware. The stand is strong and stable, not worried about sway with a large inkjet. Paint is well done and tough. My application uses the adjustable feet and if you want to lock them in place then get a set of 4ea M6-1.0 nuts as they were not part of the design. Very pleased with this printer stand! Read more

It goes together and is pretty sturdy. The packaging was just right. Not too much trash but enough to make it arrive safely. The 'rustic' print on the wood is the standard that many vendors offer, so it matches the color scheme of over vendor's offerings. Price wise this is a good deal. I have a larger color laser and it fit perfectly. There are 5 height adjustments, and it comes with levelling feet and 'casters' if you prefer it to be mobile. My only minor complaint is on the assembly of the side brackets. The screws kind of stripped but the bracket is under compression, so it isn't the end of the world. Read more

1st, easy to put together. Just follow the directions, which are very clear. When done you'll have a super nice printer stand, with added storage. I have a canon G6270 printer on top and it fits with room on all sides. Read more

This a sturdy, attractive, well designed printer stand. Buy it and you'll love the drawer at the top--it's big and slides as though on bearings. All of that said, the unit came with a few screws that were too short to get the job done, and it was missing some dowels that are probably intended to strengthen the restraint at the back of the middle shelf. Given those issues, how could I give it a 5 star rating? Simple: This company's customer service is OUTSTANDING. I emailed the company about the problem and had a response in less than 24 hours. They couldn't just send the dowels and longer screws so they are sending me a new unit. And if it was missing screws that are needed to assemble it, how do I know it's sturdy? I modified the affected pieces so that screws I had would fit. And the missing dowels? They aren't necessary. The restraint at the back of the shelf is sturdy and well anchored without them. I have my printer on that shelf now and have absolutely no concerns about its safety. Given that the company was made aware of my issues, I highly doubt other units will suffer the same problem. This is a company that goes far out of its way to take care of its customers. Good luck trying to find that kind of customer service anywhere else. Read more

While lightweight, this well-designed printer stand is stable and sturdy. Yes, assembly required, but the instructions are good and easy to follow. Great addition to my office! Read more

Got mine yesterday and assembled it today. The frame was solid and the instructions were easy to read and understand, although I got a little chuckle reading the first word which was "Plead." Assuming it was supposed to say, "Please Read." My only complaint, and the loss of a star, was the stickers used to label the parts. They didn't come off of the laminated particle board easily and required soap, water and a scrubbing pad to remove. I need this to fit two printers for my home office and it does that job well. I was looking for a printer stand and this did the job. It came with instruction and quite easy to assemble. But you might need an extra hand to hold the piece in place so you can screw the part . It has a rack under to store markers or office supplies . If you’re looking for something simple and easy , this is the item that you need . Read more

Below is my original review, which I am revising because the Customer Service department reached out to me and offered a fair resolution for the problems I had with assembly. Rather than exchange it, I did opt to keep the printer stand I received, because it is the perfect size for my space, and it has the white oak finish that matches my other furniture. I have had zero problems with it, and really do like its versatility on the shelf spacing. As mentioned in my original review, I have it stationary, and don't plan to roll it around. Even then, I think it would be fine for rolling, as the unit is very solid. Original review: Difficult to assemble because of defect in one of the welded support tubes for the shelves. See the photo on the right. The nut was welded too recessed for bolt to catch threads. The photo on the left shows what the rest of the welds looked like. Another nut stripped out as I tightened it, but it isn’t on a load bearing part of the frame, so I decided to just use it since I won’t be moving the stand around much. The Allen wrench provided had burrs on it and didn’t fit well. It took twenty minutes longer to put together than it should have while I figured out solutions. Once assembled it is fine. But I put together a different brand last week that was much easier to assemble and better quality. This brand had the white oak wood though, which matched my existing table at work. Read more
