If batteries were people, these EBL alkalines would be the friendly neighbors who always show up when you need them, never complain, and don’t pretend to be superheroes. They’re not here to power NASA rovers or professional camera rigs, but for remote controls, kitchen timers, LED flameless candles, and noisy kids’ toys? Perfect match. What I like: • Price is kind of a steal for 20 batteries. You get a solid stash that keeps the household humming along. • No weird leaks or scary science-fair outcomes so far. They behave well and don’t try to reinvent chemistry. • Great for “normal” gadgets that sip power instead of chug it. What you should know: • If your device is a power-hungry diva (like high-intensity flashlights or smart tech that thinks it’s a spaceship), these may tap out earlier than you want. Consider the pricier, premium stuff for those situations. • Shelf life claims say 10 years. Maybe they’re vampires that never age, maybe it’s marketing optimism. Anyway, store them cool and dry and they’ll likely stay happy. Bottom line: A terrific budget-friendly AA option for everyday life. They do what AA batteries are supposed to do, they don’t cost a fortune, and they don’t make drama. Keep a pack in the drawer, and your remote will thank you during the next movie night. Read more

Inexpensive basic alkaline AA batteries. These have worked just as good as the major brands for me and at a much better price. I've converted to mostly rechargeable lithium but have a few devices where alkalines work better. These batteries are inexpensive, last as long as major brands, and are the AA size. Read more

Not holding longevity like they have in the past.. unsure if due to older shelf life or exposure to heat in processing? Using x2AA in a TV remote, we are receiving low battery signal approx. every 45 days!? Not the norm for us at all.. (usually lasts x3-4 months!) For the price it gives you an ample supply however, it's a bit of a nuisance to continually replace! I find these best in scenarios such as: children's toys that require AA batteries but, are played with sporadically.. it is a perf. way to get the quantity for random use. Could also be useful in electronics used in the same capacity. I see these as helpful if needing a large amount of AA's for special event: a wedding celebration, birthday.. grad party, etc.. where x1 solid night needs to have battery support! These are capable to last the length of a special event- while keeping cost down! A large supply for great deal. Size fits just as expected- shrink wrapped into groups of x4.. set does NOT include any storage case for the excess.. definitely missed opportunity! If you align these with a specific type need- you can be happy with results. 3.75 star. Hoping this info can help you- see up close pics for visual. Be safe everyone. Read more

So far EBL AA and AAA seem to be very good. I've had no leaks and they seem to last longer than several other brands I have tried. Really great deal when you catch them on sale. Good job EBL. Read more
