Beautiful dress, nice fabric, nice fit! Runs a little small in sizes, so I am glad I know my body well and checked the size guide before I ordered it. As it being a cotton fabric, it might need to be ironed, but it doesn't bother me. I wish they had it in the same quality cotton fabric in solid colors or other patterns, I would definitely order others. I am still considering ordering another color. For reference only, my bust circumference is around 45", waist one is around 36" and I am 5"1 tall. I ordered XL and it fit perfectly. Its not too long either. I have long torso and short legs, so the seems bellow the bust helped to camuflage the torso length. Not even in the bust area the buttons were open. Yay!!! I am so excited! This is a comfortable dress and is relatively well made. It's all cotton, so it did shrink after going through the washer and dryer--which is OK as it didn't shrink much except a tad in length. I'm short, so I was actually hoping it would shrink more in length. Even after shrinkage, it was still much too long, so I had to shorten it. It was a bit of a pain to shorten, which is why I stated above that it's relatively well made. If it had been cheaply put together, it would have been easier to deal with (less to rip apart). I love this dress! The strips are not too big, but not too small. The colors are exactly as they look in the pictures. I like the cut of the dress. It fits nicely, except for my chest, but nothing that buttons up ever really fits me there and I don’t expect it to. I just wear an undershirt. I love that it’s 100% cotton and lightweight material. I live in a desert, so it’s definitely nice to have a cooler cotton dress. It was worth every dollar, in fact I might buy another soon. Read more
I bought the recommended size (Medium, which is an 8-10) and it was too small. My normal size is a 6. The material is very nice, and it is cotton, but the sizing is way off. The cotton was soft and looked like it would wash well. Not see through, so you can wear without a slip, and it had nice pockets. But something was off with the cut of this dress. The waist wasn't where is should fall. It's pretty, and unfortunately, I bought it in 3 colors. All 3 have the same problem. All 3 are going back. I'm not sizing up because of the cut. Read more
This dress arrived exactly as pictured. I washed it and wear it without ironing. Although I did use a fabric softener sheet in the dryer. I like the color, the length, and the wash and wear quality. The design is flattering and the fabric cool for the deep south, hot summers. I would purchase this again and am looking for one in another color. Read more
Sadly, not as pictured. Purchased the dark blue - the product picture show a medium blue dress with dark blue/navy stripes. In reality, I received a denim-color/navy dress with white stripes. Also, the product images show blue buttons that blend in to dress, but instead was sent a dress with white buttons, which adds to the chintzier look.
