Great lamp
I love this lamp. I used the base to make my fiance a medieval lamp for his birthday present and he LOVED it! I tore the original shade apart and was able to hang beads from it! The base is very sturdy, and we enjoy the switch on and off button instead of one you have to rotate. Overall I would say the quality of the base alone is worth the money I spent. The shade it comes with is pretty decent size, but in my opinion I dont think it matches the vibe of the base. I'd suggest going to a thrift store and getting a different shade, or going to the AtHome store and looking through the shades there for a better match. Read more

Simply beautiful !!!
We bought two of these lamps and just fell in love with them. These are so gorgeous. They arrived on time, and extremely well packaged. The shades --you actually have to unwrap them like old timey shades were wrapped back in the day. I just can't get over how beautiful they are. Here's two photos (I own the rights of these two photos). Hope this helps for those deciding. Trust me if you're thinking about these. Get them today!!! You won't be sorry. FYI, I have dawn to dust light bulbs in them, so they come on and go off whether I'm home or not. Nothing to do on my part and I don't worry about wearing out the switch now. Read more

Better than expected
I actually like the little guy, and it is not as unfinished as I feared. Resin can look cheap, but these are well finished, and look well manufactured--not a pour and ship. Hubby is estatic we invited them to perch on the bedside tables. Would recommend for a fun side lamp. Read more
