It works by pushing electricity through platinum, and platinum is expensive, so this one and others are expensive. It’s easy to use, designed great and I trust it. And it’s working for me! It works a lot better than the tablets for me. Day 5 now and I do feel more energy. No grogginess, no stomach pains and I’ve been able to intermittent fast 16 hours between meals easily, which was very difficult before. Downloaded the app and right away it did 3 firmware upgrades, so I know they’re working on the software. I wish the battery was bigger, I drink more water in a day than it can process. I discovered I can run it while it’s plugged in and that drains the battery only a little, so I drink about 16oz from it in the morning before I unplug and take it with me to work. I wish I could turn off the light or the bluetooth to save battery. Heard about hydrogen water for decades, but never trusted the devices. I can’t easily test what they’re doing! It’s not a trusted brand name like Kirkland or Toyota, but Grant Cardone & Gary Brecka back this one, and Paul Barattiero seems legit so I trust this one is doing the thing it’s supposed to. I originally started with the Evolv, which is a nice product but quite small at just 8 ounces, and I wasn't thrilled about the magnetic charging required. The Echo Hydration Flask, at 12 ounces, is a major upgrade and makes it much easier to stay on track with my daily water goals. The quality is top-tier, it's beautifully made, feels solid in hand, and performs exactly as promised. The included USB-C charging cable and adapter are a nice bonus — convenient and thoughtful, especially since many products don't include adapters anymore. The app could use some improvement; it's a bit clunky and not super functional beyond letting you change the colors and personalize your flask. That said, if you're consistent about drinking water, the app isn’t essential. I deducted 1 star for the app performance. The charge lasts through 7 to 8 full flasks, which is great for daily use. Love the bottle. I figured when it lynched with your phone, it would track your daily hydration from the bottle. It doesn't. Other than that, perfect. Water helps with massive inflammation. Really enjoy the blue light and you have to push in the cap or the bottle will pop when you open it.
