you can stop using single-use plastic utensiles
I HATE single use plastic and I wanted to replace takeout plastic ustensiles with a sustainably sourced and biodegradable option. These are perfect. They are at least as sturdy as the plastic alternatives and the knives are surprisingy effecitve at cutting. I just wish the spoons were a bit longer as they won't reach the bottom of the peanut butter jar but thats not worthy of a star deduction. Read more

Good for the environment and beyond all else, look beautiful
I purchased these for a shower I was throwing where we were looking for more sustainable items to be used. These fit the bill perfectly. Sometimes bamboo disposables can have a slight off taste to them, but these do not. They cut well and do not leave you wishing that you had plastic. These can be disposed in a compost bin which is an added plus. Good for the environment, looks elevated. What more can you ask for? Read more
