My Mom always kept her ironing hanging on clothes hangers across her ironing board, because use had no where else to hang it. When she needed to iron, she had to take all the clothes hangers off the ironing board first and put them....SOMEWHERE. So she hated to iron. I offered to get her a clothes rack many times, but she refused, saying she didn't need more clutter in that room. However, I finally bought this for her and set it up in the room where the ironing board is when she wasn't there. I organized her clothes on the various arms - t shirts on one arm, blouses on another, long pants on another..... The rack is VERY sturdy, like racks in department stores. All the arms can be adjusted to various heights to allow the clothes not to interfere with the clothes on the next arm. With the clothes organized on the various arms, it looked incredibly neat. She LOVES it. Now, she no longer minds ironing because she can just walk in, turn on the iron and start ironing, without having to deal with 50 clothes hangers of clothes. OMG ... If I could have given this rack more positives ... I would have ... LOVE it ... I put alot of thing together this year ( amazon orders) ... BUT this one BY far was the easiest thing I've EVER assembled... once this one is full I'll orde a second one ... theses are NOT flimsy walmart racks... these are like you see in a clothing store... I may add some wheels to it .. just to move around... but other than that change ... these at GREAT ...Oh and I am hanging heavy winter coats and my '' Pirate'' coats and dresses on it.. so as you know coats are HEAVY ... Pros: quick and easy to assemble via picture. Allen wrench included. Can be disassembled for compact transport by removing the arms and taking out 3 of the support bolts. Stops on both ends of the arms. Seems well balanced to avoid accidental tip over. Cons: bolts, washers, lock washers and Allen wrench were loose in the box. Wheels would have been nice. I bought this unit to display my aprons at craft fairs/festivals and it seem sturdy enough for this application. With the ability to vary the height of the arms, I think it will provide greater visual interest than using a rounder rack or a straight bar clothes rack. With the 4 arms I will be able to separate my aprons into like groups, making it easier for potential customers to focus on the style they are looking for. I set up this 4-way clothing rack and tested it over the past couple of days, and the experience has been disappointing. Right out of the box, the parts felt lighter and less sturdy than expected for a fixture meant to hold multiple garments. Once assembled, the adjustable arms don’t lock tightly — even after fully tightening all knobs, the arms sag slightly when loaded with shirts or heavier items like denim jackets. The base also lacks stability. With even a moderately full rack of clothing, the entire unit feels wobbly and prone to tipping when touched. That makes it difficult to use in a retail or showroom setting, where you need confidence that the rack will stay upright during browsing. Adjusting the arm heights and positions should be a key feature, but the mechanisms feel cheap and don’t hold adjustments under load. I found myself readjusting repeatedly to get a secure setup, but I still ended up with arms that didn’t stay exactly where I set them. Overall, this rack underperformed in the basics: it doesn’t feel robust, fails to support loaded clothing well, and lacks stable, secure adjustment. Bought it for the office. Good quality, easy to assemble. -1 star for instruction. There was no instruction in the package. So I had to compare the picture on amazon to the actual parts to figure out how it suppose to look. Not a big problem but would be much easier with instruction in the box. Read more

It's larger than I expected but it's that good and I should have read the measurements. Know this is not a lil dinky piece. It is large, heave duty and easy to assemble! Great price and a great piece to add to any retail shop. Worth every penny and more! Read more

The product is very sturdy and verstaile. However it is cumbersome, and inflexible. it is not easy to load in a car, will only fit in the back seat of my sedan, not in the trunk because if the legs. It does not compact beyond the image. Only the hanger extensions come off. It is also very heavy to mive around. So if your display point is far from the drop off point, be ready to log this poppy around. Read more
