This is a solid, study, no frills round clothes rack. It is easy to assemble; it does not come with instructions. All the pieces have a chrome finish and are either wrapped in saran wrap or in fitted plastic bags when they arrive to protect the chrome. The pieces are: -One folding frame -One giant metal hula hoop -Four telescoping legs -Four pins for an optional top that does not come with the rack It took me about 5 minutes to unwrap all the pieces from all the saran wrap. It took another five minutes to assemble. To assemble: Unfold the main frame. It has two hinges that hold it together (30 seconds) Insert the four telescoping legs into the bottom of the folding frame (120 seconds) Turn the rack right side up (30 seconds) Place the giant metal hula hoop onto four metal pins that stick up into the air that correspond to four holes in the hula hoop. (60 seconds) The rack is then assembled. The legs are adjustable so your rack can be anywhere from 4-6 feet tall. The end of each telescoping leg has a plastic foot that protects your floors. The hoop just "sits" on top of the rack. There is no locking mechanism that keeps it in place. There is no way it is going anywhere when it is full of clothing. I put 80 women's suit jackets on this rack and there is still room for 30-40 more. The rack comes with four sturdy pins that can be placed into holes on top of the rack and form the base for an optional shelf that you can purchase for this rack. There is also the option of adding on a second hoop making this a two level rack. That would work best for smaller garments (like children's clothing, women's shirts, skirts, etc). This rack is not pretty. It is a standard chrome rack. There are no decorative aspects to this rack. The chrome finish is very shiny and uniform. The frame has square bars, the hoop is round and continuous. Summary: 4/5 stars for being a standard, sturdy, high capacity 36 inch diameter clothing rack that folds for storage. Read more

3/5 and here is why: fast delivery, instructions were easy to follow. I assembled this in under 30 mins however at the very end when I was joining the two round pieces at the top one side of the tube was bent flat. I would have returned this but I had an event I needed this for 3 days later. My bf got out some hefty tools and opened it up further with much effort and some giant pliers. Because of the former bend it is a bit wobbly on the top and doesn’t join quite properly. I need more of these racks and because of this I will not buy this brand again.
