I don't say this lightly - this is hands down the best pillow I've ever used. From the very first night, I could feel the difference. I purchased this in hope my neck and shoulder pain would ease. Last night was the first night used. When I removed the pillow from the package it puffed up okay just not as big as pictured and seemed much smaller than pillow in video for this product so that was kinda disappointing. I let it sit a few hours before use in hope it would expand a bit more but it didn't lol. Anyways I slept on it and it is comfortable, at least a lot more comfortable than the $10 regular pillows at your local stores. It did help ease neck pain and did support it well just not as well as I was expecting.. I will use this for a short time in hopes I find a different brand that's more comfortable. Years of accumulating pillows to try to suit my neck, significant investment in physical therapy to fix upper back and shoulder pain, GONE. This pillow is the thing that actually helped my lower skull, neck, and shoulder comfort. I am a fitful side and back sleeper, alternating throughout the night, and no pillow could fully address both positions. I was really hopeful for this pillow. I love that it stays cool and it is reasonably priced however it did not do enough for my aching shoulder or the need to put my arm under my pillow. I will keep looking. It is heavy since it is a temperpedic style pillow. Please note the shape of the pillow does not blend with regular standard size pillows and you may need to hide behind decorative pillows when your bed is made as it sticks out like a sore thumb. Cannot recommend this product enough. I typically sleep on 3 pillows to get the support I need. I usually wake up several times in the night to rotate my pillows due to feeling warm around my face and neck.with this pillow I didn’t need the others, and never woke up once with a hot pillow! The story goes like this: as the emperor grew older, he realized that his neck and back constantly hurt after sleeping on lumpy pillows throughout the night. After some research, which led to his Tik Tok account being filled with videos about his pillow, the emperor decided to buy one. But instead of just buying one for himself, he insisted that the entire kingdom buy one for themselves too. When the pillow arrived, he already had doubts. But he was afraid of looking bad in front of his people, so he started sleeping on the pillow. Night after night, he woke up with increasing neck and back pain. The pillow was just terrible. But he stood up straight, and walked proudly through town. As he walked by the houses, the people. whose neck and back also were in the worst shape of their lives, also stood up straight and complimented the emperor on his new pillow. The moral of this story: it's ok to right a bad review about the stupidest pillow ever made. First off, I was totally convinced by all the videos I watched. However, this pillow does not do what the videos say it does. First, people come in different sizes. When I first opened the box, and this little pillow fell out, I knew immediately that this pillow was sized for a child. I bought a queen sized pillow, so I assumed that the misunderstanding was with me. But night after night, I would wake up with knots in my neck and back. After the fifth night, the pain was so bad that I nearly had my wife take me to the ER. The pillow can't support the neck because the distance from the base of the pillow to the top of the pillow is less then the distance from the edge of my shoulder to the base of my neck. How can a pillow support my neck if it doesn't match the measurements of your body? Second, the videos claim that the pillow matches the angle of your spine, so that you won't sleep in strange angles. Put the top of the pillow is essentially parallel with the surface of the bed. If you're like me, your hips are a different width than your shoulders. As such, your spine isn't parallel to the bed when you sleep on your side. but, the pillow doesn't account for this. Third, the pillow is too small to wrap your arms round it. The images you see of people with their arms wrapped comfortably around the pillow have clearly been altered the pillow just isn't big enough for any of that. Long story short, this pillow did nothing to improve my sleep. But it did everything to make my neck and back much worse. I have been awake for eight hours now, and my neck and back still ache.
