I don't know about denture cleaning effectiveness. Supposes you could use them for there designed purpose. I use them to clean the toilet bowls. Pop one tablet in the bowl before bedtime and let set overnight. Morning brush the bowl and flush. Supposed it could be a win win if you had dentures then poured the used cleaner into the toilet bowl to clean it. Anyway smells fresh, money saving and fewer chemicals in our septic system.
