I, like I'm sure many other people are too, am VERY bad at keeping up with my physical therapy stretches and exercises I'm supposed to be doing every day. This set is perfect for helping me do what I'm supposed to be doing at home. The egg weights are also a great addition to things I was doing before like arm rotations and such. The Egg Weights Cardio Max 3.0 lb Hand Dumbbell Set was perfect for my cardio and running routine. Depending on the exercise or, if running, the distance and running intensity, I cycle between this set and my 2.0 lb & 3.5lb egg weight running pods. In my opinion, egg weights are hands down the best way to enhance your workout regime and increase your VO2 over time. My teenage sons also use these for shadowboxing and love them. My wife uses the resistance bands more than I do and says that she loves them - they really give a good workout. Egg Weights are always top quality and made made with high-quality materials. These egg weights fit great in my hand. The little ring that slips over your finger makes it even easier to hold. The bands are very nice too. They are nice and tight and provide a good amount of resistance. The only bummer with these eggs weights is that you have to pay for a subscription to their app, if you’re wanting to try out workouts specifically designed to be done with the egg weights. Read more
These weights are very comfortable to carry and provide an extra boost to your workout routine. They fit well in the hand and have a finger band that secures them against being dropped.
